  • A Backpack with 50 to 60ltr. Storage

  • Heavy windproof down jacket/ Riding Jacket

  • 2-3 pairs of inner warmers/thermals

  • 3 pairs of comfortable cotton pants/ riding pants

  • Reliable waterproof hiking shoe (Gaiters for extra water protection)

  • 3-4 pairs of woolen socks

  • Gloves – 1 Pair of woolen gloves and 1 pair of insulated waterproof gloves.

  • UV resistant sunglasses to protect the eyes from intense sunlight reflection off the snow

  • Woolen Monkey Cap/Beanie

  • Woolen Mufflers/Scarves

  • An extra pair of shoes

  • Sunscreen (SPF40 and above)

PAYMENT POLICY

25% Booking amount to be paid for confirming the package.

50% Amount to be paid before 15 days prior to travel.

100% Amount to be paid one week prior to travel confirmation.

We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the hotels, airlines at the time of payments. For the confirmation of the package you can deposit the amount in the bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation before 30 days of the start date will be charged a processing fee equivalent to 20% of Total Package whichever is higher.

Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before the start date, 35% percent of your tour cost would be charged as retention.

Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before the start date, 50% percent of tour cost will be charged as retention.

Cancellations made within 10 days to the start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention.
